OP do u no wat legacy means?
To show us these projects that an individual can embark on n complete in less than 4yrs as legacy projects for Bayelsa state is disheartening.
Don't try to make Seriake a man with dreams of moving Bayelsa forward cos he is not, he is just a careless talker without vision or desire to have one.

Am not surprised to see such things as the "Legacy " of Seriake Dickson in Bayelsa state, when one remembers that he was brought to that post by Goodluck Jonathan and Mama Piss herself. What do you expect

well the state needs funds and a very good infrastructure plan taking into consideration the nature of its terrain

Bearing in mind the difficult terrain of Bayelsa State we should compare less with others in terms of length of roads. For example a road that will cost 200 million in Imo will cost 1billion in Bayelsa.

Funds and terrain should never be mentioned as an issue in this present world of cutting edge technology ...our useless mediocre governors have no excuse whatsoever not to execute top class projects... no industry, nothing ... more than half of those so called projects are useless to the bayelsa economy...whats that useless hotel doing there? ?
