With apparent disenchantment of majority of Nigerians with Buhari's rule and the 2019 elections fast approaching, the seeming option left for APC is outright rigging of the polls having failed to deliver on its many promises. However, rigging elections in Nigeria does not comeby so easily, it involves lots and lots of money. This now brings the question why an administration that scored itself high in "technically defeating" Boko haram is suddenly seeking the sum of whopping N360b to fight a defeated enemy. The President in his recent public statement described Boko haram latest attacks as acts of a massively degraded sect. On what basis is the APC govt spending such huge amount on a demystified sect? What happened to the various allocations for the same course in the 2015, 2016 and 2017 budgets? The answer to this is not farfetched; the $1b warchest may be the lifeline needed to smuggle Buhari back to power in 2019 through the backdoor. The world is watching.

It's wickedness of the highest order if Buhari knowingly or unknowingly engage in the same act he accussed PDP of in 2015.
