My phone got stolen today.. with my mtn line in it , which is my main/business line.. i went straight to my office at sabo yaba to do a sim retrieval, on getting there , the security at the entrance asked me if i have any valid ID card which i told him i dont have, because my house got burnt some months ago which make me loose all my valuable things including my ID card with my ATM card.. i asked him if i can use Affidavit for the sim swap , then he said yes i can do the affidavit for the sim swap.. after one hour i went back to the MTN office with the affidavit .. i was told again that i cant use the affidavit for the sim swap.. does it mean i would not be able to get my sim card back.. IS there any way i can sue the hell out of this people...

Not worth it, cases adjourned tire, that guy paid lawyers over and over, it was worth it, he was paid full compensation, i think MTN ended paying over 12 Million sha

MTN Isn't a company. If you wanna retrieve your sim, do so without going near the telecom company, patronize the boys on the street, it's just 1k, they won't ask for an ID.
