it was no surprise. North African derbies are always tense. The first leg was equally fierce. Fans attacked each other. Yes, the 'hand of Eneramo', how the referee didnt see that really surprised me. It was so clear that he used his hand

I watched the replay of that goal over and over again and i still cant get over it. HOW ON EARTH DID THE OFFICIALS MISS THAT BLATANT HANDBALL? Thank goodness they're not Nigerians. Just goes to show that we still have a long long way to go in African football.

^^ in a way it serves Al Ahly right. They also scored a handball in the first leg. Mohammed Fahdel scored the opener with his hand. It would have ended 1-1.
Anyways, Eneramo is the highest goal scorer with 8 goals. He's been the star of this tournament and I think he should be in the running for African footballer of the year

my money is on Esperance. They actually met in the group phase and while TP Mazembe won in Congo, Esperance won 3-0 in Tunisia. Besides, Mazembe will be without their inspirational Tresor Mputu Mabi, he's been banned for a year and also their captain, Guy Lusadisu was banned for 11 months. It will be a big blow to Mazembe.
