Thanks for your comment. I will add, until I can predict when I will have power supply and thus able to effectively plan my life, nothing has indeed happened. What is the use of power you don't know when it will be available. Many of us are used to random living, we don't know ieffective planning is what bring productivity out of people. I hate erratic, and random life. A life you are not sure of what happens next. That's not life. If it is four hours power supple people will have in a day, let them know when, it enables them plan their activities around it. Not everyone use power supply to watch season film like my neighbors does. Maybe that's what Oby too does with her own.

Seriously I dnt see any improvement as per electricity . I still spend 40k on Diesel to power my Generator for my Biz monthly . How I wish I did not have to do that .

Same for my area here,average of 18hrs light every day for the past one month now.Fashola and his team should try and keep it up.with more efforts uninterupted supply is achievable.

Truth be told we now have constant electricity supply in my area
8am to 12pm,6pm to 10pm and 2am to 6am
But the only issue now is crazy bill

This is what I don't like in this country,dont just use your area to judge,gudge collectively and see the results,most places in Edo state hardly have light,those having is on 3hrs basis.

I'm on a 3 phase prepaid meter(the only person using prepaid on my street) and I have no light. I just got another apartment close to Yaba for my mum,the house has prepaid meter but hardly gets light. I don't know how the whole thing is structured. It makes the prepaid meter almost useless.

I wish we could be having light like this in my area, Igbo oluwo estate jumofak bus stop ikorodu, we have light between 3:30pm - 5:30pm during the day, 10:30pm - 4am and 6:30am - 8 : 45am. Altogether BTW 9 - 10 hours in a day. At the end of the month, my bill would be BTW the range of 7- 10k per month.

I've noticed a significant reduction in my monthly cost of diesel to power my generator since October.

Also, since Christmas Day, we've consistently had between 20-22 hours of electricity. A neighbor said it was water level at the dams, and I responded that we are actually in the harmattan season, so, it could never have been about improved water level at the dams!

Fashola might be doing something right!
