Yes. Hammeed Ali of the Nigerian Customs gave him a waiver - after all it is the President Son's bike. The same Hammeed that wanted to confiscate registered vehicles without proof of custom duty papers on our roads and who had the audacity to tackle an elected serving Senator and Senate President over what he claimed was undervaluation of official vehicles imported for the Senate President. Talk about preferential treatment! Also the bike did not have road vehicle licence, insurance and VIO road worthiness certificate. Even Yusuf does not have a bikers' licence. |
