If you & your church want true & long lasting blessings, start giving your tithes to the poor, weak, sick, disabled, imprisoned, psychiatric, helpless, widow, orphans, motherless etc.

Take note of the 3 things Jesus said are more important matters of the law


1) Justice : Has Adeboye or your Church sought justice for Christians butchered all over Northern Nigeria.?


2) Mercy : When your Church collects Tithes every month, what percentage do they give to the weak, poor, helpless, imprisoned, widow, lost, orphans, motherless etc or do they spend all the money on themselves while only praying for these categories of people. Is it only prayers they need.?


3) Faithfulness : Is your church faithful in reaching out to the lost through prayers & evangelism or their programs start & end on themselves.


Africans are not the first people to embrace Christianity and are the first people that the Divine Creativity of God can not be seen in them.


European Christians are technologically advanced.


American Christians are technologically advanced.


Korean & Taiwanese Christians are technologically advanced.


Why are they technologically advanced.?


Is because they centered their faith on the more important matters of the law.


What percentage of the Tithes & Offerings do Adeboye & Your various Churches give to the poor, sick, weak, imprisoned, insane, widows, orphans, motherless, helpless, disables etc.?


Why do we have mad people roaming around our streets.?


It is because the Church has failed to partner with psychiatric homes to take care of these ones.


Do you see mad people on the streets of Christian Europe, US, Canada, Korea and Taiwan.?


Why won't God bless them with Divine Creativity that produces wealth & health.


I leave you guys with this last message that points to the fact that Nigerian Christians are wrong and that is why we are not receiving our true blessings.

Deuteronomy 26: 12

When you have finished setting aside a tenth of all your produce in the third year, the year of the tithe, you shall give it to the Levite, the foreigner, the fatherless and the widow, so that they may eat in your towns and be satisfied.

Take note of those meant to receive your tithes:

1) Levite
2) Foreigners
3) Fatherless
4) Widows.


Take note of the Reward according to Deut 14: 29

" That the Lord may bless you in all the works of your hand which you do."


That includes Research & Development in your education.


That means strong economy and healthy citizens.


Any Church or Pastor that ignores the other 3 categories of receivers of your tithe, is out for your money.


What do you do if you find yourself in such a situation where your Church or Pastor don't give to the other categories of people as instructed by the bible.?


Give to these categories of people yourself when you find your Church & Pastor neglecting them.

It is very stupid to think that church does not help the needy. If you don't know how Church runs their programs pls shift. Do you know how much the Church spends on prisoners alone?. Do you know how many people that are on scholarship courtesy the church?. The Bible tells us to do good to people but more to members of the Church this means that the needy in the Church will always have an upper hand in terms of welfare from the Church and don't forget that the needy in the Church represents whatsoever you think the biblical Levites are hence we pay our tithes in the Church to take care of them.

Even though I don't join to criticise payment of tithe, pastors don't even use the tithe to make food to be in the store house as the reason for payment of tithe according to Malachi 3:10. Aside Catholic Churches that usually have motherless babies home and some other humanitarian organizations, most of these churches have collects the tithes and feed fat on it while threatening their members with curse & God's wrath over failure to pay tithe.

I want to be a member of Pastor Chibuzor's Omega Fire Ministry. That man is utilizing the tithes he receives very well. I had read so many humanitarian works he has done viz, scholarship programs for indigent members, payment of Waec registration for poor members' children, building of houses for poor widows, organising mass wedding for poor members Free of charge, free skills acquisition and empowerment for members etc.

Early missionaries came to archaic, uncivilized and crude Africa to brush them up, taught them the bible, converted them, gave them clothes to cover their unclothedness, opened schools for them without collecting a dime as a fee, but the beneficiaries of these kind gestures never paid tithes neither were they tasked to do so. Early missionaries did these out sheer kindness and passion for lost souls. Today, they collect tithes and forget Borno Christians who are murdered in their numbers as boko haran desires, they collect tithes and forgot flood victims, they collected tithes and forget victims of Fulani herdsmen' attack, they collect tithes and do not penetrate the remotest part of Nigeria where the gospel have not penetrated. They collect tithes and feed fat in the city and even forget fellow pastors in the village.

That is the kind of ministry God wants but unfortunately today's churches & pastors are thieves that feed on the Tithes and ignore the other people tithes are meant for.

Imagine a pastor having 5 cars in his possession when he has never sold one to give the other categories of receivers.

God help African Christians who are foolish not to understand the scriptures like the Berea Christians.

I strongly believe that tithing should be personal and voluntary but I have issues with Church leaders who threaten their congregations, manipulating them into believing that achieving growth in life is tied to their tithing likewise those who insists whatever one sets aside as tithe MUST be brought to the Church!

OP who told you churches dont do all these things you mentioned.
They are not like your politicians who spend 1 billion naira publicising a 1 million naira project.
BTW, paying tithe is not a guarantee that there would be zero poverty in the society. Else everyone would just pay tithe and eradicate poverty once and for all.
