Governor Obiano inspects Special New Year Guard of Honour by the Police in his country home, Aguleri. Kenechukwu Ofomah Governor Willie Obiano today before heading to Amaigwe Square, for the 2018 Ovala festival of Igwe Christopher Nwabunwanne Idigo, Ogalagidi and traditional ruler of Aguleri, inspected a guard of honour mounted for him by Men of the Nigerian Police Force. The guard of honour is special as it marks the first the governor is inspecting in the New Year. Governor Obiano is a top-ranking member of the Aguleri Royal Cabinet with a special title of Akpokue Dike, Aguleri.
