According to Okupe , the Fulani herdsmen are brought to this country by the elite Fulanis in political power, and you know they are elite Fulanis in both PDP and Apc.

Atiku is a Fulani, Jonathan is the life patron of Fulani.

My attention has been drawn to the issue these Fulani herdsmen going on rampage in Benue and part of the middle belt.

The Fulani people I know are peace loving people who are very accommodating.

Even Okupe confirmed it that the Fulani who go on rampage are foreigners.

Even the foreign Fulani herdsmen attack the Nigerian native Fulani.


The native Nigerian Fulani have suffered immensely in the hands of these foreign Fulani because their cattle are lost in their thousands, Fulanis are always kidnapped by the foreign Fulani – hardly a day passes andyou will not hear that five or 10 Fulanis havebeen kidnapped for ransom. Only that it is a silent happening and the media is not covering it.

If lai Mohammed said they are foreigners and you guys did not believe it, now your own Toyin okupe has finally confirmed your doubt.

As we all know, opposition always disagrees with the incumbent always, but on this Fulani herdsmen issue they have all said they are foreigners.
It has cleared doubt.

The Fulani I know, the one in Nigeria will never engage in this bloodshed.

Why are your foreign brothers not confronted by the Nigerian military since they are the ones saddled with protecting the territorial integrity of the country?

We need a collective effort In ending the Fulani immigration into Nigeria.

I just want to clear your mind that these are not the peaceful Fulanis that are Nigerians that are doing the bloodshed.

Well, I am told that arresting (people) is a process. So, that is ongoing. That is what I have been told, but there is need to arrest these people because if we allow them to go scot-free, it will not serve this country good. Like I always say, if you allow impunity to thrive, you are asking for anarchy. It is wrong. I am a law-abiding governor and all I have been trying to let my people know is that for development to come to Benue, we must be law abiding. Let the people know that we do things in an orderly manner, we don’t just do things anyhow. When I came in (as governor) I disarmed the youths who were armed. Today, relatively, we were peaceful until this unfortunate incident happened. Benue State was putting itself together. It is difficult to say (what makes the arrest difficult) since I am not a security agent and I am not a professional in that area, but I am told it is a process that will continue. I think that I have done the needful, the people of Benue have done the needful and what is needed is intelligence gathering to security agencies. This we have done.
