But this I must say, let the Holy Spirit guide you.
There's nothing wrong in fasting during menstruation, if you've been or feel led to fast, as long as your health can sustain it.
Remember, the essence of fast is to deny the body certain wants so that the 'flesh' can be weakened, and the 'spirit' can be strengthened.
