Well with Dangote's ever flourishing transport business, do you think he would be glad to see the rail system on track?? I kinna doubt that though. Almost a third of his revenue comes from his trucks and the general transportation arm, so why should he give that all away for some blistering 'Rail Line"? Once again, like the power sector there is a cabal (i hate to use that word) stopping this whole developmental progression from taking place!
