As interesting as it would be if Soludo becomes the President of Nigeria, you and both know that his ambition is dead on arrival because APGA does not have the political structure to win the presidency. The party does not have national presence and colouration.

The more intelligent thing to do would be to apply Ockham's Razor here, by dropping any ambition or agenda that's got a lot of probables and go with the one with the least probables.

Even a Nigerian dog knows that it's easier for a horse to pass through the eye of a needle than for APGA to win the presidency.

If Nigerians actually picked their presidents according to criteria like intelligence and proven track records, Soludo would be far ahead of useless geriatrics like Buhari and Atiku. Unfortunately, most Nigerians don't care about things like knowing what you're going to do with power once you actually get it, and so the 2019 contest is almost guaranteed to devolve into nonsense about "the north" keeping power in incompetent hands until 2023, when (supposedly) it will be time for an "Igbo president", never mind whether that "Igbo president" turns out to be a fool like Okorocha. And what does it profit the average northerner if a Fulani man keeps the presidency until 2023, but per-capita GDP continues to decline for 4 more years straight? How will merely knowing the president is a fellow northerner fill anyone's belly?

Instead of decrying the entry of candidates like Soludo into the race for fear they will split southern votes, people who are serious about moving Nigeria forward should be welcoming the candidacies of people who actually have a clue about economics in the modern world, and who have the potential to move the country forward. Neither Buhari nor Atiku have anything to offer in this regard.

I really don't understand some of you. So you want the south east to vote for another Fulani candidate that PDP will definitely present ahead of Soludo? Who told you that Atiku, Sule Lamido, Makarfi, Dankwambo and other top northern PDP contenders are better than Soludo? If you accuse the Yoruba's of selling Jonathan out in 2015, why are you Igbo's trying to sell out Soludo, one of your own in 2019? At this point, we should be mobilising southern bloc votes for him and not blackmailing him to step down for a Fulani PDP candidate that may end up as president for 8 years. This is the time for southerners to be smart and not politically foolish. Replacing Buhari with another Fulani man in 2019 is the height of southern stupidity.

my brother leave that guy alone. He is a Fulani man and can do anything to make sure that Fulani rule continues. Soludo is far better than buhari and atiku plus dakwambo combined together.
