I saw this site a few days agohttp://www.gistboard.com/ . It appears to be a news portal that allows you to post stories and make comments on them ( Like a Nigerian version of Digg)

I recently joined the site and it is really nice. the posting and commenting on news articles is really cool.
It helps to find some kind undercover stories .
