Our experts and human knowledge have apparently failed us so far in nipping this issue in the bud. Lives have been lost and still being lost almost on a daily basis.
I therefore think that it is high time , we looked at what God says concerning Open Grazing. Who knows, we might still have a few of our leaders who still have the fear of God in them and will harken to the voice of the Lord in putting an end to this dilemma that we have found ourselves in.
May God grant us knowledge.

That was rather harsh but I honestly thought that the post would have made fp. Apart from enlightening us more, it would have maybe redirected our minds to finding reasonable solutions to this problem.
