To End This Bloodshed, Ban Open Grazing Of Cattle by hungryboy(m): 9:23pm On Jan 17, 2018
I stumbled on a news article, in which our Minister of Agriculture , Audu Ogbeh was talking about establishhing cattle colonies for herdsmen and importing grasses from Brazil for the cattle to feed on, since our local grasses are not too good for Cattle's consumption, i was so furious that night,

why are we ruled by so many stupid people and why do so many not so smart people get to be ministers in this country?.

Cattle rearing like Pig Farming, Goat Herding, Fish Farming etc is a personal business, the Government owes the cattle rearer nothing, if you wish to rear cattle, buy a ranch and rear your cattle, if we were in a sane country, moving cattle to graze on Peoples' farm , will be a criminal offence, even herding cattle on the street will get your cattle seized and the herder jailed.

I listened to the ediot Miyetti Allah Cattle Rearer's association Spokesman, saying States dont have any right to ban cattle grazing because the have freedom of movement, as enshrined in our constitution, the ediot forgot that , your freedom of movement is allowed not that of your cow.

This Cattle rearers dont provide a necessary service, the have no right or power to hold this country to ransom

Can Nigerians survive without eating cow meat, Yes.
Goat meat sef is sweeter, and we have other sources of protein in abundance.

The only sane thing to do, is to ban open grazing of cattle, but since we are in a shithole of a country, i bet our President or our Legislators wont be talking about that.

So many have died yet our leaders aren't looking for ways to stop this menace once and for all to avoid unnecessary loss of lives of our people, maybe is because it's only the poor that are getting killed that's why the have this nonchalant attitude about this issue, maybe it will be until the loss someone the care about, before the will try to address this issue once and for all .
