Were u guys expecting a buhari that will favour you at the expense of his people. I laugh cheesy...if you have lived in kano, you will know he is a mini god, with virtually all motorcycles carrying his stickers. 2015 was a case of Yoruba's the key to door, they open the door, Hausa's get in and shut the door at the later leaving them non the wiser. The Yoruba's must liberate themselves from the shackle and begin to support more her people. Ethnic bias will take ages to die in Nigeria.

If he took this action to gain popularity amongst the masses, then there's no problem. However, every lawyer knows this action is going to no where...It's useless and discloses no locus standi on the part of the applicant.

Some mistakes have irreversible consequences and voting for buhari was one of them, when he started gradually filling up all the sensitive posts with his brothers was when I knew there was bigger agenda being planned but all those silly kids on NL will shout you down saying only northerners are qualified for those positions now most of them have woken up and saw they have been hoodwinked.

2. Alli (Minister of defence),
3. Dambazzau (Internal affairs),
4. Daura (DSS),
5. Magu (EFCC),
6. Buratai (Army Chief),

8. Abubakar (NIA),
9. Malami (Attorney General),
10. Mongunu (NSA)

When these men are seated to discuss national security issues, In what language do they discuss and do they discuss Nigeria's security? Or Fulani Agenda

FYI there are moral, tactical, strategic and legal reasons why the Buhari regime should be challenged in court in this way. Apart from creating awareness, establishing legal precedence and generating political pressure, you can't win a battle it you do not fight it. Democratic rights are gained and defended by political and judicial activism. America is a prime example - if not for legal challenges the country would not be what it is today.
When legal battles fail, then the citizens take to the streets.
Even Buhari when he was pursuing his ambition went to court and he gained something by it.

Nigerians have bad government because they are fatalistic, lack fighting spirit and are exceedingly deferential to authority.

If one person from each state institutes a legal challenge to Buhari I bet you that changes will materialize.
