It is the Governors job to pay pensions. It is the pastors duty to remind him. The Bible says that we should not let the sun set on unpaid laborers wages. The Bible also tells us to clothe the naked, feed the hungry, visit the prisoner etc etc
It is the money for these things the governor is utilising to build a church. Adeboye has no justification for supporting such nonsense.
