This is a perfect ploy by the midget and his party to distract Nigerians! It's called the carrot and stick approach.

It has been a whole New year of troubles for buhari and he's quickly loosing mass appeal of the people; so what better way of playing on the peoples sentiments? Bring up the whole restructuring sh1t talk to try to distract Nigerians and say "you see, buhari believes in restructuring"!
When that didn't work, they sent EFCC to beg Babachir grasscutter to come chill in their well air-conditioned office. I mean with the huge amount of evidence uncovered by the Senate's commitee report indicting Babachir which buhari initially rejected and even held brief for the man, he was only there for about two days. We didn't hear they opened a case file for him, neither did we hear he was charged to court. But they were busy busting into the homes of judges and opposition figures earlier in gestapo style and engaging in media trials then.
