@fred4life,no trick my bro.just upgrade your 69x with the 1.10p firmware,cos.those channels are broadcasting with aac audio codec format.

Don't fall Mungu for DSTV new decoder promo. It's a 'Greek gift'. The receiver is MPEG2 and in line with National broadcasting regulation all broadcasters are expectd to migrate to MPEG4 starting from next year. So the shelve life of that box is about a year. i think they want to off load their stock before then. I learn't that they are gradually migrating to DVB MPEG4 and they are test running those channel on MPEG4 platform, that's why those chnnels are free for now.

So whats going to happen to all their subscribers with mpeg2 decoders, will they are loose signals?.

They will ask you to purchase their HD receiver or might ask you to trade in the old one and add money again.

get ur signal strenght up to 68% my brother, that should give u good view

@TOWNJUJU. If you receive NTV then you should't have a problem with Olive tv.

@twinkenny tanks but im gettin it on tp 12439 and all d channels on dat tp is fluctuating. So how can i get it stable.

@TOWNJUJU. Maybe you should work on your signal strength.

Tweak ur lnb to increase ur signal quality to be > 60% and the kingdom of that bird will be in ur hands.

I don't know yesterday I scan NTV tp it picked TBC instead of NTV, but for RTS1 and 2 STV they are gone.

I have tried to lock onto this signal with my 69X and 2.6m mesh dish to no avail. , wetin dey happen?

Alancruise and Lyngsat say f2v is on but when I last when I last checked f2v was and is still red. May be Alan can shed some light on how he got it ‘cos I didn’t succeede and you’re corroborating my findings.

Sometimes lyngsat update takes weeks or even month. I'll advice not to rely totaly on lygnsat update.
The free2view on w4/w7 are stations like lcf,mboa tv,OH Tv,touba tv and d rest. The tp is 12436H23413.
