How old was the victim ? How old is the pastor that he could subdue his victim ? Does the victim walk to the pastor's door and say 'it is time to rape me sir'. Or does the victim live with the pastor ? Are you sure it wasn't consensual ?

Exactly! But my biggest problem is the people that follow them , how do a group of people follow one man like sheep , giving him so much power over themselves .

It is aided by the followers' lack of knowledge. I used to be a pastor myself and from years of experience, I have come to realize that you can only manipulate those who yield easily to manipulation. Pastors use different tactics, especially fear, to keep their followers behind them. They misinterpret a Bible verse to keep their followers from questioning their authorities. And because their followers have been so psychologically messed up and made to seem inferior, they doubt their abilities to search for a different truth from the one their pastors claim to teach. Many of these followers have been so messed up that an attempt to leave the church is viewed even by themselves as an attempt to fight God.

Wow! I 100% agree with your post , I've witnessed such bullying and blackmail from these thugs in suits .

It is a long story actually. But in summary, I became a pastor because I wanted to serve God and humanity. Everyone in my local church at that time had thought I would make a good pastor. My parents were serving in the church (my father was an organist) and my mom had duties too. And I became a pianist too and I was a sort of a child Bible prodigy. I practically had the Bible in my head

I quitted because there was too much hypocrisy and we (the pastors) were expected to preach the obvious heresies of the Church founder without the option to question or present a different Bible interpretations for reproof. You want to serve God but end up serving the founder of the church. You are to propagate his own gospel instead of the gospel of Christ. You are expected to worship him, to mention his good deeds to your local congregations every time you stand on the altar, to market his merchandise (his books and CDs) without choice, to worship his wife and children. You are expected to select Bible verses, to avoid certain Bible verses that may invalidate your stance or the interpretations of the Church founder, to twist gospels, especially for pecuniary benefits. What if I told you that there are certain knowledge available to pastors which are guided jealously and prevented from reaching the congregations. Some people (who are not pastors or who have not gone to Bible schools) discover these hidden truths through extensive personal studies of the Word of God.

Being a pastor, except for church founders, is like being a robot. You cannot read the Bible beyond the teachings of your church founder. And many of these church founders are prosperity preachers. You just have to buy into their scheming and heresies. Contrary teachings, even if they are backed by Scriptures, are viewed with suspicion. Your teaching must either align with that of the god of the Church (the church founder) or you would be regarded as being against the church.

I quitted because of these reasons. Anyone who wants to truly serve in spirit and in truth cannot successfully do this by pastoring a church under any of these so-called pastors. Establishing one's church is not also an option because no one was given the Commission to establish a church. Today's churches are false and it would take a lack of conscience to succeed as a pastor.

To those of you(Christians) who still think the battle is waged from the outside, are only blind to the reality of the spiritual realm, It's right in front of you every Sunday, on the altar. The devil has made it a point of duty to use those who are on the altar to achieve his aims as he did while tempting Christ, twisting the Bible in order to achieve his goals while making you feel as though it's all for your good. Apart from the Catholic/orthodox churches and a few of the new day churches who speak about sin and it's consequences, to most, it's but a mirage. Jesus by the sea side told Peter to feed his sheep, for to feed the sheep the shepherd has to smell like the sheep but what we have today are wolves in sheep clothing. We all are accountable to God for ourselves, for your pastor or Rev. Fr would not answer for you, seek the truth always and be at peace with your God.
