for those complaining about another port in Lagos, Do you expect ambode to leave lekki and build it in another state or maybe they no know say na state project

What baffles me is how the likes of this Man, Fashola and other ministers just become so unpopular and quiet since they got ministerial appointment.

I think it will spark a Lagos population explosion and congestion. These are projects utilised by all Nigerians. We an kill Lagos. It is a small place oh. Lagos this and Lagos that.

But can you blame Lagos? Other states act like they are happy to have Lagos take it all.

Where is the Ibaka seaport? I would love to see that port and the construction going on there so as to compete with this one at Lekki.

That will surely drive down cost due to competition and guess who enjoys most? The importers and consuners

I was born and brought up in Lagos and Honestly it's in the best interest of Lagos the FG develop other ports if not this lekki port would spark off a population explosion and traffic congestion never witnessed before.

I wonder why you need to build lekki port when you have Ibaka, portharcourt, calabar and Onne all begging for upgrade. if we had visionary leaders, the combination of all these ports is enough to turn Nigeria to a hub for shipping in Africa

why building another seaport in Lagos when you can build seaport in other states. There are neighboring states and niger delta. Govt should know that lagos population and should not bring in something that will make the current population to explode. #SpreedDevelopmentToOtherStates
