The Chairman of the Presidential Committee on North East Initiatives, PCNI, General Theophilus Y. Danjuma (rtd.) and Nigeria’s former Head of State, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (rtd.) on Thursday held a secret meeting at Babangida’s Hill Top Mansion in Minna, Niger State.

A source disclosed that both Generals met for about four hours in private.

“This is not the first time that the duo would be meeting to proffer solution to Nigeria’s security situation, as advice from them could be crucial in resolving the unstable developments in the polity,” the source said.
