Land use charges in Lagos was recently increased to almost 400% ,the increment received stiffed oppositions .After several outcry ,News came up that it has been reduced with caption "Details later ..." No one knows if it will be returned to former rate ...2019 is almost here .Trust Politicians they can dance to the tune of the people once Election is drawing nearer ,once they get back to power with your Votes ,The real thing would definately be done .everyone either landlord or Tenant in lagos should shine there face , The Men and women that controls lagos state Goverment Business empire would still come up with outrageous land use Charge after Election in 2019 for sure .A landlord that has lost his Job ,stays with His family with no single Tenant ,you tell him to come and pay such amount ,what an insensitive Government. I know there are people who are been flogged with a rod ,yet they will still cheer and hail the one that flogs them while in serious pain ,Only in Nigeria.
