If God will reward good intentions which were not carried out due to genuine reasons, don't you think he will also punish wrong intentions which were not carried out too.

infact ISLAM gave us the bounty of being rewarded for every act of bad you do not carry out. Knowing that people get hurt if you carry out such act, holding back and not doing such act get you reward.
You rewards are added to your scale of good deeds and on the day of reckoning, you would have an heavier scale of good deeds.

it might not be sin if it stops at the stage of "a visiting thought" (and you know thoughts can just fly, and although nobody can claim that his puberty thoughts didn't source from what we must hv seen or heard, and then magnified in our imaginations) but when the thoughts get received and dwellth upon it becomes a big sin.
The bible says in 1 cor 3:17 that whoever defiles God's temple, shall be destroyed. And that is our body, and the mind is no different from the body. Infact, everything spiritual happens in the mind which is practically our heart, the place God stays. We are to be pure for God is pure. teen, puberty, adult or wotever. That is why parents are enjoined to raise their children in godly life. God bless
