One of the greatest revelations of the Fulani herdsmen killings is that the Fulani leaders have come out openly to tell us the stories their fathers had told them.

In the heat of the killings and in an attempt to justify it or silence those who cry against it, they came out to tell the whole world that the Benue Valley belongs to them "by conquest".

Many who studied geography had wondered for long how states like Kwara, Benue, Taraba, Kogi etc became North.

Well, here is your answer:

The 19 NORTHERN STATES are the CONQUERED territories bequeathed to the Fulani generations by their Valiant Fathers beginning from Uthman Dan Fodio.

President Buhari's unexplainable and irrational popularity stems from his ardent belief and commitment to the realization of this vision of their forefathers.

Those who said President Buhari is a failure don't understand that he is a huge success. He is actually succeeding in what he came there to do and his diehard followers are proud of him.

It is those who measure his government by using other parameters of good governance that thinks he has failed.

So in case President Buhari continues to succeed as he is already doing, and successfully hands it over either to another Fulani Man or a useful stooge from any other parts of the country in conquering places like Ebonyi, Oyo, Ondo, then 19 Northern States may turn out to be 36 Northern States which they will tell their upcoming children.

Unfortunately, even when dying of starvation, they are so committed than any average Nigerian can fathom.

The best way to assess a thing is understanding from the other person's perspective.

What parameters are people using to assess this present government? Is it the same parameter the government is measuring itself against?

It might shock Nigerians that their parameters are not in alignment with that of this 'changee' government

Whatsoever endeared the Fulani to the British was stronger than the word strong itself. How could they have emboldened the Fulani oligarchs by delineating the just captured southern territories under northern Nigeria? Why would they live the north intact but further split the south into two in 1939? British colonial policy emboldened these blood sucking demons for these contemporary onslaughts. Hopefully, other groups in the "19 northern states" would soon realize that the Fulanis aren't God but intruders who's radical Islamism, conservatism and feudalism has brought retrogression to the north in entirety.

But why didn't Yara dua do the same during his reign.

Though l the Benue valley are still targeted area for the Fulanis conquest, but it's wouldn't happen. Not in this era everyone have .....

That is exactly what the useless Northern elements always have in mind whenever they talk about 'Northern Nigeria' or '19 Northern States' or 'monolithic North'.

The Brits are responsible for the woes in this country, that is why they hardly comment or react on issues in this country. They conspired with the North.

They placed Benue in the North for the reason of administrative convenience. Whereas, Benue cosmology is essentially South. There is no single Fulani Emir in the whole of Benue; the Muslim population in Benue is less than 2%; Hausa language is not common as only about 10% understand and speak the language; No single Local Government where Hausa or Fulani are in majority; And not even the position of Deputy Governor has been set aside for them, etc. We have virtually nothing in common with the North. Benue has never been a conquered territory of the blood sucking terrorists.

The problem we have here in Benue State is lack of visionary leaders. Instead, we are cursed with so many cowards and fainthearted sycophants who are more than willing to remain in perpetual servitude to the Northern Oligarchy. It is painfully nauseating when you hear people like Paul Unongo and Senator Joseph Waku shouting on top of their voices, telling the whole world that Benue is Arewa while insulting others who are fighting to emancipate themselves from the evil grip of some backward goons.

The two buffoons I have mentioned above plus one idiotic Abubakar Tsav a former commissioner of police in Lagos State, are the greatest ass-lickers to have ever lived on the surface of the earth. Their penchant to remain slaves of the Caliphate is disappointing.

Nevertheless, we the enlightened and exposed youth of Benue have decided to not only challenge the evil of categorizing Benue as Arewa under a mischievous 'One North' tag; but also ensure that Benue is liberated from 'Northern Nigeria'.

If the North want Nigeria to return to the former Regional Governments, they should openly take a decision in this regard.

I find myself in agreement with you. Buhari and his followers judge the government by a different yardstick than the rest of us do.

I use to think so until someone called my attention to a town named Katsina Ala. Some say it is the nucleus of Fulani expansion in Benue

Yeah, it is true there is a sizeable population of Hausa/Fulani in that town, but understand that, we have more population of Hausa/Fulani in Makurdi town than elsewhere in Benue State.

There were unique Fulani settlements in different parts of Gboko Local Government Area. However, they were recognized for their actual status: settlers. At the heat of the killings in 2016, they were told to leave and they left.

Now, back to Katsina Ala, their population is not so much as to accord them recognition in the Traditional and Political Administrations. Even though with a sizeable number, they are treated for their actual status as settlers. And they have never complained nor protested, why? Because they know the truth.

In Makurdi, the Hausas have settled for many years. Yet, before they arrived, the Tiv people had settled there for many years. Please, understand that, the Hausas made several attempts to crown one of their own a king in Makurdi but failed on each occasion. The Fulanis came to join them much later on. The much recognition they have been given (to be honest) is that, they have a council ward in Makurdi.

So this is why there is no minority protection Rights in our Constitution?
And all of our Southern Legislators and Judiciary are illiterate about this and about good National governance? May be we all don't know that The Lord is The Land and its Fulness.
