The problem i am having now is that i don't know how to make use of these codes to unlock my modem. I'll really appreciate it if you can tell me the procedures involved. And how to go about it. @tunnex190: Just put another network SIM into the modem and plug to your system. It will bring up a window for you to input the unlock code. Simple. You can now create profiles for each of the networks to use

Check the SIM card if it is still valid. . . and also if u inserted it properly

Have you entered the unlock code before now? If you have done so before , then it will not show the window again because the modem is already unlocked
