Kay-baba: Thats all the explanation I can give you. Like I posted earlier, I have not done it myself cos I do not have a ZTE modem to try it out on. But someone here had done it sometime ago and posted a testimony on the thread. So just look for a system running Windows XP and try it out yourself. Remmeber that unlocking is done at owner's RISK if you are willing to give it a try and free up your modem for use with other SIM cards |

I live in a village and because glo has the strogest signal around , i had to buy a Huawei glo modem to keep in touch with the world, now, etisalat has come and their charges are cheaper i want to unlock the modem to use on the other network, can you please help me and tell me what steps to take the IMEI number is 359479031170312 and it is E156 model. juligreat: 1)remove the original Sim from your modem (MTN, GLO, ZAIN,)etc 2) insert a different Sim, it will ask for an unlock code when you insert the modem into your pc 3) Unlock Code : 56714912 note this code is for Huawei modems not ZTE. |
