The Russians are highly updated when it comes to the defence, diplomacy and Intelligence. I have never considered one of them to be superior than each other when it comes to defence and intelligence. Both, are a balanced match to each other in strength.

It's worth noting that Russia has absorbed and surmount diplomatic pressures such as these.

However, the United States have the advantage in the politics of economics and alliances over Russia.

I've never considered China to be ever described in comparison to this two above.
