I logged out and log in again, then I clicked on post registration screening and it display my form again so i click on submit again but showed a blank page again.

  6. Remedial students who scored 50% and above are also to fill this form.


If u supplied any new course desired (if applicable) i dont think there should be penalty though not advisable, cos the note above is when u supply wrong info (on YOUR RESULTS)different from the ones u've submitted b4 dat there will be prob.

@ vandutch yes i have printed mine but i see no reason why they should ask us to fill another form.cause everything is the same thing.well i see this as a medium to disqualify some student.please dont let us be a victim , i also want to know if they wount give me the new course desire.i choosed sociology as my course of study but choosed edu.mangement as my new desire course,hope the they wount give me edu.mang even if i am qualify for sociology.@ all kindly let me know.Thanks
