Why I Was Jailed By Yoruba Magistrate In Lagos-prof Ben Nwabueze by Reelectbuhari: 4:05pm On Apr 09, 2018
Prof. Nwabueze said that “the injustice meted on Ndigbo and everything concerning them in Nigeria, justify the agitation by IPOB,” adding that “injustice against Ndigbo, dates back to 1965 when the Governing Council of University of Lagos, dominated by the Yoruba attempted to illegally remove a Vice Chancellor of Igbo extraction of the institution, Prof. Enyi Njoku.
“I still remember the story of University of Lagos when on 2nd March 1965, then I was a lecturer in the newly established University of Lagos, they attempted to remove Prof. Enyi Njoku as the Vice Chancellor and I said no, we will not accept that. I mobilised all the university students and lecturers in protest and the university was closed down for a whole session.
“We fought the Federal Government of Alhaji Tafawa Balewa to a stand still. I was arrested and sentenced to six months imprisonment by a Yoruba Magistrate for leading the protest and we appealed the judgment and a Sierra-Leonian Judge, J.S Taylor threw the judgment away and reversed my six months imprisonment and I regained my freedom and there was jubilation everywhere in Lagos by Ndigbo.
He berated the Buhari-led Federal Government for proscribing IPOB when organisations and associations like armed herdsmen, whom he said had massacred and slaughtered many Nigerians and are still killing people, have not been proscribed or declared a terrorist organisation.
“I will not be part of any kind of peace talk until the IPOB is unproscribed, until the declaration of IPOB as a terrorist organisation is removed. If the Federal Government has the courage to meet these two conditions, okay. We can talk peace and I will be there. If not, then count me out.
“I will not participate in any kind of peace talk so long as IPOB remains proscribed, so long as IPOB remains a terrorist group or organisation in the eye of the Federal Government. IPOB is only agitating for Biafra and self determination; they have killed nobody. On the contrary, IPOB members have been killed and are still being killed by the Federal Government’s troops,” he said.
According to the Odua of Atani as Prof. Nwabueze is known in his community, “nothing has been done to t hose who have committed murder and slaughtered innocent and law abiding citizens. You have not even disarmed the herdsmen, they are still moving about with AK 47riffles slaughtering people all over the places.”

Here is the real story about that 65 riot. Nwabueze dey lie.

---------------------------------------------------
Kayode Adams was a student activist at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) in the midsixties. This was a period when the Federal Government removed Prof. Eni Njoku as the first Vice-Chancellor of the University and replaced him with Prof Saburi Biobaku. Shortly before the students’ protest on this issue, Adams stabbed the new VC when he assumed office in 1965. He was tried by a Lagos High Court and he pleaded insanity. FRANCIS FAMOROTI, Deputy Head, Judiciary highlights the case.

He is trying to whip up sentiments amongst his rejected jew clan to view him as hero and Yoruba as villain. Notice how he ended the paragraph....there was jubilation all over Lagos by Ibos.

In the 60s Ibos in Lagos were confined to Yaba area. Is Yaba the "all over Lagos"? Besides, Yorubas led the activism against the government of Tafawa Balewa. The removal of Njoku was not an act of Yoruba lecturers in Unilag but the action of Federal Government.

Ibo has problem. If he is not victim in a story he will find a way to twist the story until he is seeing as the central figure....even if he has to falsify the story and change the actors. Only him matters, no one else.
grin grin

Bloody rejected jews angry

I have pulled independent reports of the activism of 65 in Unilag.

Can you bring us an independent report where Nwabueze was listed as an activist or where he was jailed for this disturbance at Unilag? That will be a better and more credible source than this lying 90yr old rejected jew promoting his credits falsely.

I just not long ago got off a post on Matthew Mbu falsely identifying as First Permanent Secretary to UN and also declaring, fraudulently, that he signed the communique to end the Biafran war.

Now here is Nwabueze taking credits for activism that someone else owned.

What are we to do with these Ibos for God's sake?

Cant we enjoy your story without doubts of authenticity? Do we have to start checking backgrounds and old newspaper clippings to proof the accuracy of your stories and claims.

Chei!!! This is bad!!

Empty chestbeating, persecutory complex and Victim syndrome are the chromatin that make an Igbo DNA. Show me an Igbo (Education and Exposure notwistanding) that lack any of the above and I will show you a B'ass'tard.
