Isnt this a ridicule of the people he is representing? This has in fact become a common practice by our lawmakers these days..and its worrisome

This kind of "project" can be carried out by an average Nigerian without even publicizing it...which makes it more worrisome

And this is the same man who criticizes his State Government and the Federal Government as if he would do better if given the opportunity to rule..which makes it most worrisome

The people that are from or Live in Kaduna are a funny bunch. I now know why the Governor keeps sacking the school teachers in that state.
