Well in my humble opinion, of course without offending anyone who thinks differently from my point of view, but also by looking at this matter in a different way and without fighting and by trying to make it clear, and by considering each and every ones opinion, I honestly believe that I have completely forgotten what I wanted to say...

If a place like the National Assembly can be so easily penetrated and the symbol of authority taken away just like that without any reported resistance or arrest.
Then I can safely conclude that security in Nigeria has reached it's lowest ebb.

I cannot imagine for a moment how thugs and unidentified persons walked in the hallowed Chambers unchallenged. It is very evident that there must have been some collusion with some people who feed on tax payers money to embarrass the nation.
This is just a pointer to the systemic disaster in this government overall administration.

The stolen mace taken from the Senate Chamber has just been returned to the National Assembly by the police.

Clerk of the National Assembly, Sani Omolori received the Mace from the Deputy Inspector General of Police in charge of operations at the Force Headquarters, DIG Habila Joshak alongside the Divisional Police Officer of the National Assembly, Sulu Gambari.

The mace was later taken to the office of the Clerk of the National Assembly.

Meanwhile, six suspects have been arrested by the police for stealing the Mace.

The suspects would soon be charged to court after investigations are concluded.

This is the forth month of the year and sincerely Nigeria keeps delivering wonders.
Every month has her story to tell.
This is the usual ploy of the presidency to distract us from the Germain issues in the nation viz; the failure of the government to deliver on its promises, unnecessary and prolonged stay of the president in UK without proper handover to the vice, etc. This is one in the series of their orchestrated dramas.
Re: Photos Of The Stolen Mace Being Returned To The National Assembly By Police by Oju4190: 2:18pm On Apr 19, 2018
Was the Mace taken at gun point? If NO, then all the security personnel on duty at the time the mace was removed should be sack.....Na so we go day area boys go just enter the national Assembly and kidnapped saraki. Anyway that is not my business.
Re: Photos Of The Stolen Mace Being Returned To The National Assembly By Police by danuzochukwu: 2:25pm On Apr 19, 2018
We thank God, but security must be tighten up in the national assembly to avoid further embarrassment to Nigeria.

We voted them in - at least majority of us.
So the least we can do is exercise the minutest patience till 2019 when we can re-decide.

Secondly do you know what is 'blame game'

Stop using words that don't relate.
