I think a petition should be written to the U.S president,both houses of Congress,and the American public be made aware,that,the President of Nigeria in a democratic setting,and in clear breach of the constitution,which is the hallmark of all democracies, that America champions,unilaterally caused the release of almost $500million,without recourse to the National Assembly of Nigeria,as expressly required by the constitution!
If the American congress and populace are made aware,they would force the American government to halt his trip to the U.S. and start asking relevant questions!!
