Yes, a soakaway is usually designed in consideration of land type and expected use. Some soak away pits are positioned under car parks, making vehicles drive on top of them.

No, the N14m stopped at the end of the roofing. We're working with another budget for the finish of the building.

Its just to make it harder for a burglar to remove the pipes and enter the house since the bars are now same with the window unit.
