Good budget. If one factors in the smooth running of work without financial leakages and blatant stealing from client, I will say excellent budget.

Budgeting is not only on materials cost but also customer service which you've got in abundance. And this is priceless.

We homeowners tend to look only at material budgeting without customer service. Even if the job so far is half the given cost, but I will have to spend the better part of my time on site to checkmate contractor stealing, then to me the real cost is more which can't be a good thing.

The burglary proof for the windows, these pipes will be in built in the window frames. ........

nice work sir. am currently building my house in a busy area, where motor cycles and cars are always moving. my question is can a good casement window reduce the noise a little? and what are other noise reduction methods i can adopt. thanks

Doors too, use imported doors that have this lining in them to muffle external sounds.

Air conditioning, use split units.

We have now brought the completed windows into the site, we are starting to mount the windows this morning. .....

Windows already mounted, window dressing ongoing now. We also started the soakaway system of this house.
