Movement was only restricted for vehiclular movement and the route Buhari was expected to take. This is standard practice for all heads of state since independence.

This is a failure of governance and enforcement of the law, and not a legal right. Lagos State government has been trying to enforce noise pollution and town planning laws, but it you Christians that are still critical of the actions.
