Everyone that goes to Church claim to be born again; but most still indulge in adultery, fornication; unforgiveness and so on.

1: confess and accept Jesus christ into ur life as ur lord and savior..

2: after u have confessed, do nt go back to ur sinful life..

3: u must love everyone inrespective of thier believe or doctrine..

Being "born again" is being born by the Spirit and this can only happen when you believe in Jesus Christ. Receiving Him as your righteousness and this will result to the Holy Spirit coming into you to dwell. He that has not his Spirit is not a "new creation
" and he is still in his sins.

To be born-again means to be Born of Water and Born of Spirit:
● Born of Water - Those who are born of Israel are born of the fountain of Living Water that is YHWH— now a former source of Eternal Life for the righteous among them - Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20. However, with God's decision to curse all of Israel for their disobedience about 1900 years ago, the Law became of no use to the people as it had no power to redeem those cursed by it, and this was by design. This is where the New Fountain of Living water, Jesus Christ, — the new source of Eternal Life - John 4 vs 1 - 20— comes in. He is the path to redemption that God made available to those Lost of Israel — those under the curse of the Old Law of Moses.

To be born of Water means to depart from the Old fountain of Living Water under which one remains cursed and embrace the New source of Living Water under which the chance for redemption from the curse and also one's sins is made available by God.

● Born of Spirit - In exchange for the curse which all who come to Him approach with, a curse guaranteed to cause all those under it to cease to exist after death — perish in the grave —, Jesus Christ offered all of the condemned with Eternal life - John 3 vs 14 - 18, that which God of Israel made only available to the righteous of Old - Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20. As Jesus Christ explained in John 3 vs 5 - 8, those who are born of Spirit are possessed by the Spirit - they are aware of His presence but have no idea where He is coming from or where He is going. Those born of the Spirit of Eternal Life have no power over the Spirit who wields control over them eternally.

To be born-again — born of Water AND born of Spirit, as Jesus Christ revealed in the context of John 3 vs 1 - 21 means to obtain citizenship in the Kingdom of God. No man can enter into the Eternal Kingdom — become part of the Eternal Covenant— without fulfilling both requirements as Jesus Christ stated.
