Many a time do we run into our futures, while unknowingly forgetting better pieces of us in our pasts. We get carried away by illusions; mirages; things that doesn't exist. We forget our origin. Over time, this illusions begins to accumulate, sending waves of forgetfulness into out brain veins. We get covered by another man's luxury, making us miss our paths to victory. But, it's time to uncover the veil. This veil that we took upon ourselves by ourselves. It's time to break through this covering & continue our races towards total liberty. Africa, it is time to rise. Cremation & his brothers are mirages that are to be exempted from our dailies. Below is an article that dissects this topic of discussion so well. I had a smooth & understandable journey while reading it. I recommend it to everyone that has a little doubt or confusion over this topic here. https://www.whykeanthology.com/2018/05/uncover.html?m=1 Thank me later |

Empiree: Point out specifically the part you disagree with. Okay, know that whatever is not expressly FORBIDDEN by Allah (in the Quran) and his Prophet (in hadiths) is allowed. Or you don't agree with this too? Or was cremation forbidden by Allah or his Prophet? If so, bring evidence |

mfm04622:. Ustaz, please don't complicate mater for yourself, the issue of sea and where you can't dig is Doruree (exceptions), necessary condition as set in that situation. To be explicit, Islam discourages delay in burial, sailors spent days on ship, to prevent this, so exception rule allowing another method to hasten the burial is allowed. Kinky read Tafsir Ibn katheer for further information |

mfm04622:You cited Hadith that doesn't correlate with cremation. The man only burned himself for fear of having harsh judgement thinking that burning himself would not subject his body and soul to be recollected and face judgement. He thought burning his body was the end of it and nothing happens after that. [b]So he burned himself for fear of Allah not because cremation was the burial norm.[/b ]And Allah forgave him not because of cremation in itself but because of fear of Allah because he had no good deeds on his record. Burial process is prescribed in Islam. So to do contrary to that is Haram. But those who burn in house fire for instance is another case entirely. And even if they are not completely burn, tayammam is performed on them and they are given proper janaza not cremation. Cremation is dishonor to our human body. In the Qur'an, Allah honors children of Adam (Q17:70). Even non Muslims are to be buried according to Islam

dareyyyy:good. I wonder why though you first sounded like you commented based on knowledge. that aside, Saul was a king in the Bible that started well but along the line made some terribly decisions that displeased God. His first son, Jonathan, however was somebody that was pleasing to God till the end of his life. Saul and Jonathan died the same day in battle, they were both cremated. there is no where that the Bible suggest displeasure for this action. |
