Hello everyone, a friend of mine formatted his phone(itel 1508) using the manual formatting process(I.e holding power and lower volume button to reset the phone). He reset it because it was rejecting his password and now it requires he use the previous gmail used to synchronize the phone. He tried the gmail but it still rejected it. Please how can he change the gmail without deep formatting the phone?

He can't access it unless he compute the gmail address.

The gmail address must be set first before the phone can start fully. So he presently can't access the settings.
