Dariye was investigated and impeached by the Plateau State House of Assemby and handed over to the EFCC for diligent prosecution long time ago.

These happened when he was in the PDP.

But Timprie Sylvia of Bayelsa State got all his court ordered frozen assets returned back to him and his case discontinued by the Attorney General of the Federation.

These happened when he joined Buhari's APC as a prominent facilitator of Buhari's election.

And Yahaya Bello of Kogi State joins Buhari to pray and break fast everytime (allegedly) without any investigation of alleged mismanagement of his state's resources.

These are happening right now when Bello is a member of Buhari's APC.
