I was granted bail in 2013 after being arrested and then sued before a judge in that Ikeja HC.
I've since spent over 180k all along just to prove that I didn't stole Pastor Joshua's 21k.

Well written. However we do not run a jury system in Nigeria. So the judge evaluates the evidence before him and decides the guilt or otherwise of the accused on the preponderance of evidence which in a criminal matter must be beyond reasonable doubt, and not beyond any shadow of doubt.
