The governor of Rivers State, Gov. Nyesom Wike is set to commission the newly constructed Girls Secondary School, located in Rumuokouta metropolis of the state later this week. They keep commissioning over hyped brand new schools and hospitals yet they and their families will run abroad for treatment and schooling.
