The Supreme Court should give a ruling on wether the NASS has the right to alter the budget proposal submitted by the Executive.

Even though a rubber stamp legislature is inimical to our democracy, so also is a gluttonous NASS.

Tell him o ,maybe the dullard is not aware that this is democracy . he does not know that when a budget is sent to the assembly they have a constitutional duty to add or remove with regards to the immediate needs of their constituents.
