First off, Atheism is not a permanent title, at least should not be taken as such. In dealing with parents' and friends' issues, there is no point telling them that you do not believe in God or that you believe in one.

The best thing to say, is that that though you do not believe in God that you believe there is a Creator of Energy,

which forms the basis of all matter, both living and non-living. And I understand that in the Physical Universe, Energy can not be created nor destroyed, but then, one must know that Energy had to come from somewhere and that 'somewhere' is not the physical plane within the universe.

That itself in sincerity will make the position of atheism very unstable, cos I know where you are on the journey cos I have been there. Energy had to come from somewhere. You know where it comes from, but you have forgotten.

Some it's hereditary, some stressful lifestyles, for some it comes and goes. Mine was corrected by maintaining a regular sleep pattern, nothing more. So the other guy can keep lying to himself all he wants, but there's nothing spiritual about it.

I will restrain myself from going deeper into this reality that is off limits to an arrogant atheist.
But for the sake of polite conversation I will reveal a tiny dash of truth.
1) No physical or intellectual force is stronger than the weakest spiritual entities. An atheist will always loose this battle. Period.

2) While under attack, a person that refuse to use a verifiable superior spiritual force can only weaken the attacking spirit by modifying their own behaviour in line with what is natural.
But remember, the demonic spirit will never leave, it is a highly intelligent force. It will find other ways to continue working daily to cause suffering and destroy it's hosts connection with the light.
