2) Buy a clean toks car and do a full upholstery upgrade. Dashboard, seats, pillars, door cards.

Did you scrap off the original black finish to put on the leather?

Also whats the cost to do anRx350. How long does this typically take from removing to covering and re-installing?

yes we going to scrap off the original one and for rx 350 it will cost 35k and it will take close to 5hrs

Posting more pictures showing clearly how the dash was when it was brought in, the dismantling process and the coverage of the dash and re-installing will go a long way to build confidence. This will show the story of each car and also making it sequential is pretty important as well. My dash is still in good condition but if the need arises I will sure give you a call. Good job
