The constitution of the federal republic clearly state how INEC office can be appointed. 


You would notice the bias way the INEC officer were picked. While some state do not have anybody in the list like ondo  and ekiti state . Please see the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria. It is a naughty woman of the constitution which may lead to impreach.   The constitution of nigeria does not have zoing in it. it state based on state. It is clearly written. here is the constitution. Jonathan selection is against the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria , and he can be impreach if he does not withdrawn the names of some of the people.

There is no zoning in the population of nigeria. some state are not on that list. while some stat have two people on the list.

My problem what is the criterial for appointing this people. Do they know the different between - Correlation Coefficient and Coefficient of Determination in statistics.

Do you see any of them with the knowledge of hope satellite pictures play major role in election and demography.

What did each member of this group score in statictics and mathematics while in school . For them to qualify to count people vote. This information are important for us to know.
