An Italian trade union has confirmed that Fiat workers will go on strike in response to Cristiano Ronaldo’s €105 million (£93 million) move from Real Madrid to Juventus. The car company will pay a huge part of the money while thousands of workers are at risk of losing their jobs following low revenue. The lucrative deal worth over £30 million per year for Ronaldo has prompted an angry reaction from the automobile manufacturers affiliated with Unione Sindacale di Base, and it confirmed that the disgruntled workers will walk out of the Melfi plant. Staff are very angry the car giant will help finance the superstar’s wages while cutting costs and reducing work force within the manufacturing plant in Melfi.

“We are told that the moment is difficult, that we must resort to social shock absorbers waiting for the launch of new models that never arrive.

“And while the workers and their families increasingly tighten their belts, the company decides to invest a lot of money on a single human resource!” The company should invest in car models that guarantee the future of thousands of people rather than enriching only one.“

” For the reasons described above, the Union of Base Workers Union declares a strike at FCA di Melfi from 10 pm on Sunday 15 July until 6 am on Tuesday 17 July 2018.”

The club fans are nevertheless delighted to have the Portuguese superstar in the team

....

Though it may seem proficuous at first...

This auspicious decision is pure perfidiousness on the part of the companys ducibus which in the near avenir will show compunction for when the ephemerality of this fugacious arbitrium becomes apparent.
