A former Delta state governor and leader of the People’s Democratic Party, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan has congratulated the All Progressive Congress candidate and winner of the Ekiti governorship election Dr. Kayode Fayemi on his victory. The Independent National Election Commission, on Sunday morning declared Fayemi as winner of the keenly contested political contest. Uduaghan said, “Congrats to my friend, former colleague and co-director at the NIPP, Gov Kayode Fayemi”. The message on the Facebook wall of the former Delta state governor, who administered the state from 2007-2015, is likely to cause murmuring in the Delta state PDP, amidst report that he is planning to defect to the APC. http://thenationonlineng.net/uduaghan-congratulates-fayemi-amidst-defection-rumour/ 9 Likes 1 Share |

Uduaghan was made governor in Delta State, after which he rigged himself in for a second term.. He has no electoral value in Delta State, reason why his hand picked successor couldn't win ordinary primaries. Trust me he won't be missed... 14 Likes 1 Share |

Fayose should stop spewing thrash and congratulate the winner as well, afterall Fayemi did thesame four year ago even when it was obvious Fayose won fraudulently.... Btw why did we keep recycling thesame set of thieves in Nigeria? Being it APC, PDP, AAA, BBB or whatsoever, I doubt if any of these parties has the interest of the masses at heart, It seems democrazy is not the solution in Africa. 6 Likes |

Hmmm... It would have been just a congratulatory message if he simply said congratulations to Dr. Kayode Fayemi. With this... friend, former colleague and co-director at the NIPP, a defection speculation might become reality within 24hours 3 Likes 1 Share |

Both Apc and PdP should be disqualified and ban from future election in Èkìtì state. The 3rd place candidate should be declare winner. The way money was shared and buying and selling of votes by both should not go unpunished otherwise, hmmmmm, otherwise, we are all doomed in this country especially now that another election is coming, this new modernized money politics will do us no good. Who is with me on this? 4 Likes |
