It is because the good system is there and all of them have a dominate ethnic group. Mind you, Nigeria and Africa also have good leaders, but the countries they rule are bewildered by many problems and one of it is diversity. Diversity is an indigenous country creates huge problems but only Africans see no problem in it. If Fashola rules Nigeria, he would fail like Jonathan. Mind you, these two guys are intelligent people. If Fashola becomes the leader of Oodua Republic, he would do tremendously well. The people( Yorubas) would be willing to work with him.
