4. The Leader’s HEART: Your heart is the centre of God’s operation and it is in your heart that the seeds of God will grow. Make sure that the enemy does not prevail over you by sowing evil seeds. Guard your heart will all diligence for out of it are the issues and boundaries of life. If you will not end up small in life and ministry, let your heart be large. Don’t keep offences in your heart because it will limit the measure of grace you can carry.

5. The Leader’s SPIRIT: Your spirit must not be weaker than the anointing you carry otherwise, the anointing will consume a portion of your life. This requires that you develop in your spirit-man and prioritize your personal walk with the Lord. Don’t confuse the anointing you carry upon your head for ministry with the anointing that should grow within you for personal character and walk with God.

6. The Leader’s WALK: Don’t lead the people of God astray by painting a wrong picture of your walk with God. If you have been a Christian for 30 years and you started ministry last 2 years, your results will be an outflow of thirty years’ walk with God. Let your people know where to trace your roots in ministry because this will help them know their roots in the anointing. Don’t destroy other men that have been sources of light on your road in order to look big.

7. The Leader’s WAR: Your warfare must be clear to the people you are training for the next generation or else the battles you have fought and won in the spirit and physically will be a loss in their own day. Let them know lines they should never cross.


PRAYER: Lord, culture my heart and spirit right to be fitted for the road and journey of destiny ahead of me in Jesus’ name. Amen!
